Reservation

Bookings are made online or by phone at 1 866 297-0770 between 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, between 12pm to 8pm on Friday and between 9am to 4:30pm on Saturday. During the holidays, Spring break, on holiday weekends and Summer vacations, you can contact us on Sunday between 9 am to 4:30 pm. If we are not available, leave us a message or email us at info@entrecimesetracines.com.

Campsites are open from June 1 to November 30. When you reserve, we charge the full amount on your credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Please read our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

Stays start at 2pm and end at 11am.

Late arrivals

Our reception is open until 4.30pm from Monday to Thursday, until 8pm on Friday and until 16:30 pm on Saturday. During the holidays, Spring break, on holiday weekends and Summer vacations, we are open until 4:30 pm on Sunday. In our low season, we will contact you to explain our contactless arrival procedure. If you think you will arrive after our opening hours, please let us know. We will leave a site plan in a locker to the right of the exterior entrance door of the reception building.

If you get to darkness, plan to bring a flashlight or headlight. There are no outdoor street lights on site.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, it is important to notify us two weeks before the booking date so as not to lose your payment.
