Reservations are done online or by phone. When you reserve we charge the full amount on your card (Visa or Master Card). If you cancel within 15 days, you will be fully reimbursed; if you cancel between 14 days and 72 hours, we keep 50% of the full payment; if you cancel less than 72 hours, full payment will be retained.

In case of cancellation of a campground, it is important to notify us two weeks before the booking date so as not to lose your payment.

No refunds or credits will be given for early departures.
